JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Membership Sales: Present club facilities, explain membership tiers, and tour prospects to convert walk-ins and inquiries into active members.

Lead Generation: Proactively build a pipeline through cold calling, corporate outreach, referrals, and managing outdoor marketing activities like corporate events and flyer distribution

Follow-ups: Systematically track and follow up with leads via phone, email, or CRM software to maximize conversion rates.

Member Retention & Upgrades: Engage with existing members to renew contracts or upsell personal training and coaching programs.

Club Operations: Support front-desk operations, manage club software/CRM, and assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and energy of the club.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
