1. Dispatch Planning & Coordination
- Plan daily dispatches as per sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure material readiness before dispatch.
2. Documentation Management
- Prepare and verify Invoice, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, LR/GR, and other dispatch documents.
- Maintain dispatch records and filing system.
- Ensure compliance with GST and transportation regulations.
3. Inventory Verification
- Verify quantity, grade, and packaging before dispatch.
- Coordinate with stores for stock availability.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.
1. Loading Supervision
- Supervise loading activities to avoid damage and quantity mismatch.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and stacking of materials.
- Follow safety procedures during loading and unloading.
