Inside Sales Representative
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to consistently follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who is
persistent, target-oriented, customer-focused, and takes ownership of the complete lead conversion process.

Key Responsibilities
- Work on and qualify leads provided by the company.
- Make regular and structured follow-ups with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve defined sales targets.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth movement of leads and orders.
- Continuously track and update the status of leads to ensure opportunities are not missed.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience
in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Conversion, or a similar role.
- Excellent
English communication skills

- Proven ability to work consistently on company-provided leads.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
