Job Summary
- Hydraulic Machine operation concepts should be very transparent & with proper experience
- Hydraulic Press Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of hydraulic press machines used in manufacturing processes.
- The role includes ensuring smooth production, minimizing downtime, improving machine efficiency, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities-Machine Operation & Maintenance
- Operate and monitor hydraulic press machines efficiently.




- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic systems.
- Inspect hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, seals, hoses, and pressure systems.
- Ensure proper lubrication and machine calibration.
- Troubleshooting
- Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical faults.
- Analyze machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Production Support
- Support production teams in achieving daily production targets.
- Optimize press parameters such as pressure, stroke, and cycle time.
- Process Improvement
- Improve machine efficiency and productivity.
