- Position: Inventory Data Management / Inventory Data Master & Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata
- Employment:Full-Time | Permanent
- Shift:Australian Market Shift 4:30AM to 1:30PM ( Free Pick Up Provided )
- Experience: 3+ years in Inventory Data, Master Data, BOM, ERP, or related operations
- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory master data accurately in ERP systems.→Create, maintain and validate Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Ensure accuracy of item codes, descriptions, units of measure, specifications and inventory attributes.
- Perform data validation, cleansing and regular master data audits.
- Manage new item creation, modifications and deactivation of inventory records.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Finance and Operations teams.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies,



duplicates and inconsistencies.
- Maintain proper documentation and data governance standards.
- Prepare inventory and master data reports as required.
- Strong understanding of Inventory Master Data and BOM structures.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
- Excellent Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and data validation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Experience in an international/Australian business workplace will be an advantage.Call or Whatsapp @ (phone hidden)
