Job Overview

As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their educational and career requirements, generating and qualifying prospects, and ensuring a smooth handover of interested candidates to the counseling/admission team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, good follow-up abilities, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from assigned leads/data.
- Understand the candidate's educational background, career goals, and requirements.




- Explain relevant online MBA, BBA, and other higher education programs.
- Identify and qualify genuine prospects based on interest, eligibility, and requirements.
- Generate quality prospects through effective calling and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates to improve conversions.
- Schedule and coordinate calls between prospects and the counseling/admission team.
- Ensure proper and timely handover of qualified prospects to counselors.
- Maintain accurate lead/prospect updates in Excel, CRM, or internal tracking systems.
- Update call remarks, follow-up dates, lead status, and prospect information within the required timeline.
- Maintain proper lead hygiene and ensure no qualified prospect is missed.
- Coordinate with team leaders and counselors regarding prospect status and conversion opportunities.
