We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage road and bridge construction projects at our Jharsuguda site. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in civil construction, project execution, site management, and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor road and bridge construction projects from start to completion.
- Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure projects are delivered within the planned time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Supervise construction activities including earthwork, pavement, drainage, culverts, bridges, and related civil works.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular progress reports.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors effectively.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and operational issues.




- Ensure strict compliance with quality control, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Review project schedules, budgets, quantities, and resource requirements.
- Lead and motivate the site engineering and execution team.

Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in road, highway, bridge, or infrastructure construction.
- Strong experience in site execution and project management.
- Positive knowledge of construction methods, drawings, BOQ, billing, planning, and quality control.
- Experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience in road and bridge projects will be preferred.
- Willingness to work at the Jharsuguda project site.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹2,137,843.96 per year
