Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Kozhikode. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job posting, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, defining selection criteria, and coordinating interview schedules.



The Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, provide timely communication and feedback, and support offer negotiation and onboarding activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment data and reports, contributing to employer branding initiatives, and ensuring recruitment practices are fair, inclusive, and compliant with company policies.

Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process

Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR
