Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our IT team in Gurgaon and provide day-to-day technical support to 150+ users across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.

The role will focus on Tier 1 IT Support, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows endpoint management, IT asset management, endpoint security, and regional IT operations.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on troubleshooting skills, good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, and the ability to independently support users across different locations and time zones.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 IT support through remote and onsite support to users across the SEA region.
- Troubleshoot Windows laptops/desktops, Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN, printers, file access, and basic network issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive,



and SharePoint.
- Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration, including user provisioning, license assignment, password resets, and MFA support.
- Enroll and manage corporate devices through Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management platforms.
- Monitor endpoint compliance, antivirus/EDR, patching, encryption, and OS updates.
- Maintain accurate IT asset and device inventory across SEA offices.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, device delivery, warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
- Manage IT tickets and ensure timely resolution according to defined SLAs.
- Support ISO 27001 security and audit requirements.
- Assist with endpoint security, patch management, device compliance, and other IT security activities.
- Work closely with Group IT on IT projects, security initiatives, standardization, and digital adoption.
