Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Business Heads, Functional Heads, and Line Managers to understand business priorities and people requirements.
- Provide HR guidance and solutions to address workforce challenges and organizational needs.
- Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and company guidelines.
- Support the creation of a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and execute HR operations efficiently across assigned business units.
- Facilitate goal-setting, KPI documentation, appraisal cycles, and performance review processes.
- Organize employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Foster a positive employee experience and work culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee data.
- Generate HR MIS reports and dashboards as per business requirements.
- Monitor attendance regularization and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with payroll timelines and processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Liaise with statutory compliance teams to resolve employee and business-related queries.
Job Requirements :
- 9 to 12 years of progressive HR experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, or Human Resource Management.
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders and managing multiple business functions.
- MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Understanding of recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and training processes.
- Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities.
