About the Role

We are looking for a Python backend developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in building scalable backend applications and REST APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Python development using modern backend frameworks and relational databases.

Mandatory skills:

● Strong hands-on experience in Python development

● Good understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms

● Experience building REST APIs and backend services





● Familiarity with frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI

● Basic knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)

Key Responsibilities

● Develop, test, and maintain robust Python-based applications

● Design and implement scalable APIs and backend services

● Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices

● Automate processes using scripting and tools

● Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance

● Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies

Value-Added Skills (Valuable to Have)

● Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automation)

● Experience with Groovy scripting (e.g., Jenkins pipelines)

● Strong knowledge of Shell scripting (Bash)

● Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes

● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
