We are seeking a reliable and proactive Field Operations Executive to support our logistics and courier operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling deliveries, documentation, stock audits, and customer coordination while ensuring efficient field operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage courier pick-ups and deliveries to customer locations and internal offices.
- Visit customer sites for invoice submission and collect signed documents.
- Assist in field stock audits and ensure accurate stock verification.
- Support collection management through regular follow-ups and coordination with customers.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all field activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams for smooth execution of tasks.
- Keep proper records of deliveries, acknowledgements, and collections.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain professional conduct during field visits.

Requirements




- Minimum 1 year of experience in field operations, logistics, or courier services.
- Basic understanding of documentation and inventory processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel locally on a regular basis.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Work Environment
- Field-based role with regular travel within the assigned area.
- Frequent interaction with customers and internal teams.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
