You'll own end-to-end hiring for technical roles — ML engineers, systems/infra engineers, research scientists, and other deep-tech talent — while acting as a key partner to founders and technical leads.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, closing

Partner with founders/tech leads to translate technical requirements into effective job specs and screening criteria

Build and manage talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles (ML/AI, systems engineering, embedded/edge computing)

Source proactively via LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList/Wellfound, niche AI/ML communities, and referrals

Conduct initial technical-fit and culture screens

Own employer branding efforts — positioning CosmicSoul as a top destination for AI talent

Manage ATS, hiring metrics, and pipeline reporting

Negotiate offers within startup equity/comp constraints

Ensure smooth onboarding coordination with ops
