We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Finance Lead will act as a key finance business partner to the assigned Business Unit, providing financial insights and strategic support to drive business performance, profitability and sustainable growth for a leading organization in the Electronics Manufacturing industry.

The role will be responsible for financial planning, performance management, governance and decision support, while ensuring solid financial controls and alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning.
- Own monthly MIS, dashboards, variance analysis and executive presentations.
- Partner with business leaders on pricing, commercial proposals and investment decisions.
- Monitor revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, operating expenses and profitability.
- Drive cost optimization, productivity improvement and resource utilization initiatives.
- Manage working capital including receivables, payables, inventory and cash flow.




- Review CapEx proposals and track return on investment.
- Support monthly closing, audits, compliance and financial governance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, SCM, HR, IT and Corporate Finance.
- Drive ERP/SAP improvements, automation and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications & Competencies
- CA or Chartered Accountant ( Mandatory)
- 15+ years of Post qualification experience in Business Finance, FP&A;,
- Commercial Finance or Financial Controlling in Manufacturing, EMS, Automotive,

Technology or Services.
- Expertise in FP&A;, financial modelling, SAP/ERP, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, communication and leadership.
