Production & Operations Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production & Operations Supervisor to oversee the complete production workflow of our manufacturing facility.

The role will involve managing and coordinating raw material, casting, assembly, plating, finishing, packing, inventory and dispatch while supervising factory workers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete production workflow from raw material to dispatch.

Track daily production and work-in-progress at each stage.

Monitor raw material, finished goods and inventory.

Supervise labour, attendance, productivity and discipline.

Identify production bottlenecks and prevent workflow delays.

Monitor machine utilisation and downtime.





Coordinate between casting, assembly, plating, packing and dispatch.

Maintain daily production and inventory records.

Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in manufacturing/production supervision preferred.

Experience managing factory workers.

Basic knowledge of inventory and production management.

Basic MS Excel/computer skills.

Solid communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Experience in metal manufacturing, casting, assembly, plating or similar industries is preferred.

Salary: Based on experience and capability.
