Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with ~2 years of experience to fuel our next phase of growth. In this role, you will pitch our comprehensive suite of creative, digital, and print solutions to startups and B2B companies. Prior experience selling services within a digital marketing agency, IT company, or advertising firm is highly preferred.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Lead Generation: Prospect and source recent B2B and startup clients through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
- Consultative Pitching:



Understand client goals to pitch tailored agency solutions across digital marketing, SEO, web development, branding, and print media.
- Deal Closure: Drive the complete sales cycle from initial discovery calls and proposal drafting to final contract negotiation.
- Client Onboarding: Partner closely with our internal creative and technical teams to ensure seamless handoffs for newly closed accounts.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate data and track sales targets daily within our internal CRM system.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: 1.5 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Agency Hiring, or Business Development.
- Industry Background: Direct experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency, Web Design Firm, or Tech/IT Company is a major plus.
- Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, performance marketing) and web solutions to speak confidently with business owners.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and writ
