Job Summary:
As a Designer you have to develop recent garment designs, styles, color combinations, prints, patterns and collections as per market trends, customer requirements and company brand standards, while ensuring that designs are commercially viable and suitable for production.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
A. Design & Product Development
- Create new garment designs and styles as per seasonal and market requirements.
- Develop design concepts, sketches and mood boards.
- Prepare new collections according to the company's product category and brand identity.
- Work on new styles, patterns, prints, color combinations and fabric selections.
- Modify existing designs based on customer or management requirements.
- Develop designs that are both attractive and commercially feasible.

- Research current fashion and apparel trends.
