Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive cum BDM to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in inside sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition and be comfortable communicating with prospective clients over calls and other channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through databases, calls, online channels, and other sources.
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers and initiate sales conversations.
- Handle the complete inside sales cycle from lead generation to client conversion.
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain offerings effectively to prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to drive conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.




- Achieve assigned monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular performance updates.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall business development.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, Lead Generation, Telesales, or a similar role.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Ability to independently manage leads and follow-ups.
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office/Excel and digital communication tools.
- Candidates from Delhi, Mumbai, or Pune are preferred.
