Role Description
The Franchise Sales Manager (Jaipur) is a full-time, on-site role responsible for expanding CSB’s franchise network and driving franchise enrollment in the Jaipur region.



The role involves identifying prospective franchise partners, generating and qualifying leads, and conducting meetings and presentations to explain CSB’s franchise model and value proposition. The Franchise Sales Manager will manage the end-to-end franchise sales process, support business planning for prospective partners, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment with brand standards. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales pipelines, preparing reports, monitoring market trends, and building strong relationships with franchisees to support their growth and performance. The role also requires proactive participation in local events, industry forums, and outreach activities to increase brand visibility and attract current franchise prospects.
