Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain PostgreSQL databases for large-scale applications.
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize database queries to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Collaborate with development teams to design data models, develop ETL processes, and integrate databases with other systems.
- Perform regular backups of production databases using RDS PostgreSQL.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in PostgreSQL administration.
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL database administration best practices.
- Experience with database performance tuning techniques (e.g., indexing, partitioning).
- Proficiency in working with AWS services such as RDS PostgreSQL.
