Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead a team of indirect tax professionals to ensure compliance with GST laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for managing indirect taxes, including litigation support and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in indirect taxation processes and procedures.
- Provide expert advice on complex indirect taxation matters to senior management.
Job Requirements :
- 14-22 years of experience in indirect taxation, preferably Civil Industry
- Robust knowledge of GST laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex litigations related to indirect taxes.
