Visa & Travel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Visa & Travel Operations Manager to oversee visa processing, travel services, ticketing, client management, and day-to-day team operations. The successful candidate will have robust knowledge of visa documentation, travel planning, ticketing systems, customer service, and team leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesVisa Operations
- Oversee visa application processing for major international destinations.
- Manage Tourist, Student, Work, Business, and other visa applications based on applicable requirements.
- Review and ensure accuracy of client documentation and application files.
- Ensure applications are prepared and submitted according to the relevant embassy, consulate, VFS, immigration authority, or other applicable guidelines.
- Monitor application progress and provide timely updates to clients.
- Stay informed about changes in visa procedures, documentation requirements, and processing guidelines.
- Handle escalated or complex cases and coordinate appropriate solutions.

Travel & Ticketing Operations




- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements and tour packages.
- Oversee flight bookings through online ticketing platforms and/or GDS systems.
- Coordinate hotel reservations, transfers, sightseeing, and itinerary planning.
- Develop travel options based on client requirements, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and service providers to ensure smooth bookings.

Team Leadership
- Supervise and coordinate the visa and travel operations team.
- Allocate work, monitor progress, and support team members in achieving operational and sales objectives.
- Review files and bookings to maintain accuracy and service quality.
- Train and guide team members on visa procedures, documentation, ticketing systems, and customer service.
- Address operational issues and client escalations effectively.
