Role Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic HR skilled to partner closely with the R&D; organization in building a high-performance, learning-oriented, and future-ready workforce. The role combines strategic HR Business Partnering with Talent Management and Learning & Development responsibilities, enabling scientific talent to deliver business outcomes while fostering employee engagement, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering
- Partner with R&D; leaders and people managers to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, retention, and workforce effectiveness initiatives.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, talent discussions,



and development planning.
- Advise managers on employee relations, career development, succession planning, and team effectiveness.
- Analyze workforce metrics and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Facilitate onboarding and assimilation programs for new hires.
- Support change management and organizational development initiatives within the R&D; function.

Talent Management & Learning
- Design and implement talent management frameworks, including competency mapping, career pathways, and succession planning.
- Drive Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and capability-building initiatives across employee groups.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and develop annual learning calendars aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver technical, behavioral, managerial, and leadership development programs.
