The Opportunity
To support our continued growth, we are seeking a agile and experienced professional for the role of Voice Procurement Manager.
The Voice Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with global telecom carriers and voice suppliers, leading commercial negotiations, and ensuring competitive, reliable, and compliant procurement of international voice services. This role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier management, and service quality assurance rather than active voice trading. The position plays a key role in driving long-term partnerships, cost efficiency, and consistent service performance across our voice business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international voice carriers, telecom operators, and aggregators.
- Conduct supplier sourcing and onboarding, including due diligence, testing coordination, and quality validation.
- Manage commercial negotiations, contracts, and rate agreements with carriers and partners.
- Oversee rate management, benchmarking, and cost optimization to ensure competitive pricing and sustainable margins.
- Monitor overall service quality and performance in collaboration with routing and engineering teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams on capacity planning, coverage expansion, and service improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with Finance on invoicing, dispute resolution, credit management, and commercial reconciliation.
