MechInfra is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive - GeM & Procurement to manage government and PSU tendering activities along with procurement operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GeM portal, government tender processes, bid preparation, documentation, vendor coordination, and purchase activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end tendering activities for government, PSU, and industrial projects.
- Search, evaluate, and track relevant tenders through GeM and other e-procurement portals.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within defined timelines.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, specifications, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical documents, certifications, quotations, and approvals.
- Handle vendor communication, quotation collection, comparison, and procurement coordination.
- Prepare purchase-related documents and support supplier follow-ups for timely delivery.
- Maintain tender records, bid status,



and documentation database.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all tender submissions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or purchase operations.
- Hands-on experience with GeM portal and government/PSU tendering.
- Knowledge of tender documentation, bid submission, and compliance processes.
- Valuable understanding of procurement and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation handling.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with experience in:
- Government & PSU tenders
- GeM bidding process
- Industrial products/equipment procurement
- Oil & Gas, CNG, Energy, Infrastructure, or Engineering sectors
