Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Analyst Trainer (Marketing & Decision Making) to train and mentor students in data analysis concepts with a strong focus on marketing insights and business decision-making. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging online sessions, create practical learning experiences, and help students develop analytical and data-driven thinking skills for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live online training sessions on data analytics for marketing and business decision-making.
- Teach core concepts including:
- Fundamentals of Data Analysis
- Marketing Analytics & Metrics
- Data Visualization & Storytelling
- Excel for Data Analysis
- SQL Basics for Data Handling
- Google Analytics & Web Analytics
- Dashboard Creation (Power BI / Tableau)
- A/B Testing & Performance Analysis
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Train students on tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Design and update curriculum, assignments, and real-world case studies.




- Provide hands-on training through live datasets and practical projects.
- Guide students in building portfolios (dashboards, reports, case studies).
- Conduct assessments, feedback sessions, and track student progress.
- Mentor students on career paths in data analytics and marketing analytics.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve course quality and outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest analytics tools, trends, and technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or training.
- Solid understanding of marketing metrics and business decision-making frameworks.
- Experience in online teaching or virtual training platforms is preferred.
