Role & responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and other healthcare staff through various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for various healthcare roles.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with healthcare facilities and employers, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring their requirements are met.
- Job Matching: Match candidates with appropriate job openings, considering their qualifications, experience, and preferences.
- Compliance:



Ensure all candidates meet the necessary legal and regulatory requirements, such as immigration and professional qualifications.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions, updating the recruitment database as necessary.

Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers are welcome.
- Pursing undergraduates can also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools is a plus.
