Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

- Identify current marketing opportunities to support business growth and expansion.

Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and drive team productivity.
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide guidance for team development.

Exhibition & Event Management
- Plan, organize, and manage national and international exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, designers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage exhibition budgets, booth designs, promotional materials, and event execution.




- Evaluate event ROI and prepare post-event performance reports.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Work closely with sales teams to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor website performance and digital analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage online brand reputation and digital engagement activities.

Corporate Communication & Content Management
- Develop marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, case studies, newsletters, and corporate communication materials.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing platforms.
- Coordinate content creation for website, social media, press releases, and marketing campaigns.
