Role Overview:

The AM- Mechanical Operations at Flatworld Solutions will lead the end-to-end delivery of mechanical engineering projects,



ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role involves proactive support for sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to client acquisition and retention, and championing digital adoption through CAD automation. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in project management, mechanical design, business development, and global delivery collaboration. This position is suited for senior professionals with 1015 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in an engineering services setting, covering end-to-end management of mechanical engineering projectsNPD, SPM, heavy engineering, and sustenance—while also supporting business growth, digital transformation, and collaboration with global delivery partners.
