Role Overview

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with solid expertise in
Financial Reporting, Financial Statements (FS) Accounting, Month-End Close, Book Closure, Audit Management, Taxation, and Regulatory Compliance
. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting and finance transformation projects while ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, Indian tax compliance, and adherence to accounting standards. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and drive process excellence across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end FS Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Finance Transformation projects.
- Manage
month-end and year-end book closure activities
, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and review
financial statements, management reports, and statutory reports
.
- Drive compliance with accounting standards, internal controls,



regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
- Manage and support
statutory audits, internal audits, and auditor interactions
.
- Oversee
direct and indirect tax compliance
, including Indian taxation requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to define project scope and requirements.
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance.
- Provide project updates and financial insights to senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, control, and reporting accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications
- CA is mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- 3+ years of experience in
Financial Reporting, Controllership, FS Accounting, Month-End Close, Book Closure, Audit, Taxation, Compliance, or Finance Transformation projects
.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Financial Reporting, Accounting Control
