Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Engineer with 5 to 10 years of expertise in advanced AI/ML technologies, automation frameworks, and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will be a

hands-on technologist with strong leadership skills, capable of designing, implementing, and mentoring teams on cutting-edge AI-driven workflows and microservice architectures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems using Agentic AI and Generative AI frameworks.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise-grade knowledge systems.




- Enterprise project working experience and solid hands-on in ML
- Architect and optimize workflow automation across diverse business processes.
- Build scalable applications using Python and integrate with Microservices.
- Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) and advanced Tool Calling mechanisms.
- Ensure seamless cloud-based AI deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Drive microservice integration strategies for modular, resilient architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into existing enterprise systems.
- Lead technical teams, providing mentorship and guidance on AI adoption.
- Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
