Role Description
The Service Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Attapur, Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the service department. The role includes managing service scheduling, coordinating technician workloads, monitoring repair quality, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles to customers. The Service Manager will handle customer inquiries and concerns, provide clear service estimates, and maintain strong communication throughout the service process. This position also involves tracking key performance metrics,



optimizing workflow efficiency, and implementing policies that support safety and compliance. The Service Manager will collaborate with sales and parts teams, manage service documentation, and lead, coach, and evaluate service staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
