Senior International Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales / Business Development professional to drive new business generation and revenue growth across international markets, primarily the US, UK/EU, and Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of B2B international sales, particularly in the IT/software services industry, and should be confident in independently identifying prospects, initiating conversations, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals.

This is a pure sales and business development role, with a strong focus on acquiring recent international clients and generating business for the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients across the US, UK/EU, Australia, and other international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, cold emailing, networking, referrals, and other outbound channels.
- Research target companies, decision-makers, and market opportunities to build a strong prospect pipeline.




- Conduct discovery calls and understand client business requirements.
- Present and pitch the company's IT/software development services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international prospects and decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to successfully close deals.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline, follow-ups, and activities in the CRM.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities.
