Rekise Marine is Looking for:
Rekise Marine is building autonomous ships and submarines that operate in the world's most hostile environments. We're executing India's flagship autonomous submarine project, the Jalkapi XLAUV, on order from the Indian Navy — an unmanned submarine weighing over 20 tons that can travel 5,000+ km autonomously and operate in the ocean for 30+ days at a time.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Store Executive
to manage end-to-end store and warehouse operations at Rekise Marine. You will own the GRN process, inventory accuracy, and serve as the critical link between the store and procurement. This role demands operational rigour, strong Excel skills,



and explicit communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities
- GRN Management: Manage the Goods Received Note (GRN) process end-to-end — raising, posting, and validating GRNs against purchase orders with zero discrepancies.
- Inward & Outward Inventory: Oversee all inward and outward inventory movements. Maintain real-time stock records and ensure every material movement is documented accurately.
- Invoice Storage & Records: Maintain accurate, well-organised records of all invoices and supporting documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Delivery Challans & Reconciliation: Manage Delivery Challans for all material dispatches and receipts. Perform periodic reconciliation to ensure zero unreconciled entries.
- Inventory Accuracy & Tracking: Own real-time tracking of all inventory in stock. Implement controls to prevent shrinkage, misplacement, or unauthorised movement.
- Warehouse Management: Apply FIFO/FEFO compli
