Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage the complete procurement and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P)



cycle for our projects and sites. The candidate will be responsible for vendor development, sourcing, quotation analysis, negotiations, purchase orders, material delivery coordination, bill processing, and payment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle from PR to payment.
- Receive and review Purchase Requisitions from project sites and process them through ERP.
- Identify and develop new vendors and maintain existing vendor relationships.
- Float enquiries, obtain quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms.
- Prepare quotation comparison statements and obtain management approvals.
- Prepare, issue, and amend Purchase Orders as required.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely material dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with Site and Stores teams for material receipt and GRN.
- Verify purchase bills and coordinate with Accounts for processing and payme
