What You'll Do
- Design trend-forward menswear collections that balance style, wearability, and craftsmanship
- Develop detailed tech packs and design specifications for production
- Collaborate closely with production teams and vendors to bring designs to life
- Stay ahead of fashion trends, fabric innovations, and silhouette shifts
- Partner with marketing and creative teams to bring collections to market with impact

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in menswear design
- Strong command of fabrics, fits, and garment construction
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- A sharp creative eye, meticulous attention to detail, and a portfolio that shows range
- Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
