We are urgently hiring for Associate Director Revenue Optimization Services (ROS Ops)
Experience Required: 10+ Years in US Healthcare RCM
Mandatory: Solid exposure to AR (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Hyd
Qualification: Any Graduate
Role Overview:
- Lead and manage RCM operations team delivering as per SOW
- Strong command over AR, Billing, PP, EV/BV processes
- Review denial adjustments & preventable issues
- Manage MIS, BI reporting & client communications
- Handle high-risk / aged AR accounts
- Drive quality, compliance & process improvements
- Lead employee engagement & performance management initiatives
- Participate in client calls & business reviews
Must Have:
- Knowledge of Federal & Top 5 Commercial Payers
- Strong coaching & team management skills
- Client-facing experience
- Analytical & problem-solving mindset
