About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives/Managers with experience in the Electronic Security and Life Safety industry to drive channel sales, develop new business, and strengthen our partner network across the assigned territory.

Qualifications
- BE or Diploma in Electronics, IT, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in the Electronic Security, ELV, Fire & Safety, or related industry.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of channel sales and business development.
- Experience in handling consultants, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in spoken and written English along with the local regional language.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Role & responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, appoint, and develop new channel partners, system integrators, and dealers in field of life safety, access control, IP video surveillance, and sensor products
- Drive sales through channel partners and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage and grow existing partner accounts while ensuring long-term business retention.
- Generate current business opportunities through consultants, contractors, end users, and channel partners.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and support pre-sales activities.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC), and customer meetings.
- Plan monthly revenue, sales forecasts, and business development activities.
