Key Responsibility

1. Sale Support: -

a. Assist the sales team in organizing and prioritizing sales tasks and customer follow-ups.

b. Prepare and manage sales proposals, and contracts.

c. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt resolution.

d. Support the sales team in the preparation and delivery of quotes, invoices, and sales orders.

e. Track sales performance, including sales reports and order processing,

2. Order Processing: -

a. Oversee the processing of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the system.

b. Monitor and follow up on order statuses, shipments, and delivery schedules.

c. Ensure all relevant documents (sales orders, contracts, etc.) are completed and filed properly.

3. Customer Relationship Management :-

a. Maintain customer databases and CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

b. Communicate with customers regarding any delays, issues, or product information.

c. Follow up on customer feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Co-ordination and Communication:

a) Liaise with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure seamless operations.

5. Reporting and Documentation: -

a. Generate and maintain sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for management.

b. Ensure the accuracy of sales documentation and maintain proper filing systems.

c. Provide administrative support in the preparation of sales presentations and performance reviews.

6. Sales Administration: -

a. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure that sales targets can be met without disruption.

7. Sales Process Improvement: -

a. Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and suggest improvements.

b. Help implement current tools or technologies that may streamline operations or enhance team productivity.

Skills And Qualification: -

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
