Role Summary




We are looking for an Application Support Engineer with solid experience in supporting Java-based applications and integration middleware. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to IBM MQ, Autosys job scheduling, enterprise monitoring tools (preferably Dynatrace), and solid Linux/Unix and SQL skills. Prior experience in banking or financial services is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical Java applications in production and non-production environments.
- Monitor application health, performance, and availability using Dynatrace or similar APM/monitoring tools.
- Manage and troubleshoot IBM MQ messaging, including queues, channels, and message flows.
- Configure, schedule, and maintain Autosys jobs; analyze job failures and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents and problems; implement preventive measures and permanent fixes.
- Work with Linux/Unix systems to perform log analysis, process monitoring, deployment support, and enviro
