Advisory engagements
- Executes day-to-day operational client field work and contributes to the delivery of engagements. Preparation and review of financial statements/regulatory reports like- Balance sheet, P&L;, Schedule of Investment, cash flows, Notes to the accounts as per applicable GAAP.
- Undertakes process and controls advisory assignments, drafts report for review, facilitates issue tracking and validates closure of issues.
- Drafts high quality issues for review by project leader
- Executes IFC fieldwork in line with the agreed approach e.g. documenting Activity Flows, identification of key risks, testing of key controls to determine whether they are properly designed and are operating effectively and documenting work in accordance with divisional standards.
- Liaising with Clients with regard to requests for information and query resolution
- Completes all assigned work in line with agreed budgets





Required Candidate profile
- Knowledge of financial accounting and reporting function
- Positive knowledge of auditing standards and concepts related to internal financial controls
- Solid relationship management, analytical, problem solving, communication, influencing, planning and presentation skills.
- Proactively develops and maintains professional working relationships with colleagues, the business and respective support areas.
- Takes ownership for own career management, seeking opportunities for continuous development of personal capability and improved performance contribution

Education/Certification
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or ACCA Affiliate
