Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete lifecycle of interior fit-out projects from planning to handover
- Handle commercial & corporate interior projects (offices, IT parks, corporate spaces)
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Strong supervision of site execution, quality control, and safety compliance
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings
- Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project requirements
- Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve site-level issues
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to management
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, cost, and quality standards

- Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works including civil, carpentry, gypsum, flooring, ceilings, electrical & HVAC , MEP coordination
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, measurements, and billing
- Knowledge of commercial office standards and corporate compliance norms
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project management tools

Required Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial & corporate interior fit-out projects
- Experience working with reputed interior contracting firms preferred
