with robust expertise in enterprise integration and hands-on experience across
TIBCO BW, EMS & Kafka

? Must-Have Skills
- 8–10 years of experience in
Enterprise Integration
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with
TIBCO
- Strong expertise in
TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x / BW 6.x / BW CE)
- Strong experience in
TIBCO EMS
– Architecture, Administration & Performance Optimization
- Hands-on experience with
Apache Kafka
- Kafka topics, producers/consumers, Kafka Streams and enterprise integration
- Strong knowledge of
SOA, Event-Driven Architecture, Pub/Sub & Request-Reply
- Experience with
XML, XSLT, JSON, REST & SOAP




- TIBCO Administrator & HAWK
- Exposure to
CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes
is preferred
- ERP integration experience with
SAP/Oracle
or telecom platforms is an added advantage
