About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Support employer branding initiatives, hiring campaigns, and recruitment drives.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.




- Support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment operations and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA in HR.
- 4-7 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements.
