B.Tech/B.E. passout candidates will join as Apprentices in an auto component manufacturing company, gaining structured training and handson industry exposure under the NAPS framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Support Assist in daytoday operations of manufacturing units.
- Quality Checks Participate in inspection and compliance processes.
- Machine Handling Learn basics of CNC/VMC operations and maintenance.
- Documentation Support reporting and recordkeeping for production/quality activities.
- Safety Protocols Follow workplace safety standards and guidelines.

Qualification & Skills
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical). Electrical Engineers may be taken for the maintenance profile.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and machine operations.
- Soft Skills: Teamwork, adaptability, problemsolving, and attention to detail.
