Role & responsibilities

Project Manager
- Plan, manage, and execute projects within the approved time, cost, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, QS, contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor daily project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Control project budget, materials, manpower, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
- Resolve project issues, provide management updates, and ensure successful project handover.

Site Engineer
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects,



consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily productivity.
- Check quality of civil, structural, finishing, and other site works.

QS
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs.
- Prepare estimates and cost calculations for construction works.
- Prepare and review BOQs and rate analysis.
- Verify contractor bills and work completion measurements.
- Monitor project costs against the approved budget.
- Prepare interim payment certificates and payment recommendations.
