Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own project kickoff: scope, budget, schedule baseline and risk register for every order
- Build and manage L1L3 schedules; sequence civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work
- Mobilise site teams, subcontractors and fabrication capacity against the schedule
- Govern all concurrent sites through Project Managers; hold weekly site reviews against baseline
- Manage interface between civil, mechanical and electrical works, and between company and client scope
- Own site QA/QC and EHS — inspection & test plans, welding/hydro-testing, safety compliance and incident reporting
- Control material at site — BOQ reconciliation, wastage control, surplus returns
- Track project cost against budget; flag margin erosion early
- Manage billing milestones, certification and collection support with Finance; maintain positive cash flow
- Identify, price and secure change orders and claims; protect against uncompensated scope creep
- Lead commissioning,



stabilisation and performance guarantee runs to contracted parameters
- Complete client and O&M; handover with full documentation, training and spares list
- Formally close out projects — final billing, retention release, defect liability tracking, lessons learned

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years executing turnkey ETP, STP, RO or ZLD plants, with several plants personally commissioned to guaranteed parameters
- Experience running multiple concurrent project sites through a team of Project Managers
- Solid planning discipline with MS Project, Primavera or equivalent
- Contract literacy — reading terms, managing variations, raising/defending claims, handling LD and guarantee clauses
- Hands-on commissioning capability — able to troubleshoot biological or membrane systems on-site
- Proven site safety and QA/QC governance
