Responsible for branch payment accounting, preparation of Related Party Transactions & Payroll accounting and statutory compliance.

Job Challenges:
- Keep regulatory on the timely remittance of Statutory Payments well in advance
- Timely collating of information from Group Companies & preparation of report to ABC & Statutory Auditors
- Constantly following up with Group Companies for the Accuracy & reporting of numbers
- Maintaining the Accuracy of the numbers is very key

KRA1 Accounting




- Preparation of Related party Transactions with adequate documents.
- Responsible for payroll accounting and preparation of related party transactions.

KRA2 Related Party Transactions Reporting
- Group level consolidation and preparation of Related Party reports on quarterly / yearly basis
- Co-ordination with external auditors.

KRA3 MIS & Branch expensing
- Preparation of Payroll, Stamp duty reconciliation in accordance with the format prescribed by the Auditors and share with external / internal auditors during LR, interim and Statutory Audit.
- Accountable for branch expense accounting.
- Preparation of MIS and share with internal stake holders.
