Job Title:
Quality Control Trainee

Role Overview:

We're looking for a motivated fresher/junior candidate to join our Quality team. This is an entry-level position — full training will be provided on inspection processes, documentation and quality systems. No prior certification required; we're looking for attention to detail, willingness to learn and discipline.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in Incoming (IQC), In-Process (PQC), and Outgoing (OQC) quality checks under supervision
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
- Support senior quality staff during internal, process and customer audits
- Learn and follow ISO-compliance documentation practices
- Report deviations/defects to the reporting manager promptly
- Coordinate with production floor staff on quality checkpoints

Ideal Candidate:
- Diploma/ITI/B.Tech (Electronics, Electrical, or related)

- Basic understanding of quality inspection concepts (preferred)
- Solid attention to detail and willingness to work on the shop floor
- Good communication and record-keeping habits
- Prior exposure to a manufacturing environment is a plus

Compensation:
₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on interview performance) + on-the-job training

Note:
As this role involves hands-on training and skill development, selected candidates will be required to sign a 1-year service commitment with the company.
