Job Title: Technical Lead – Java, AWS & AWS IoT (SiteWise)

About the Role:

We are hiring Technical Leads with solid hands-on experience in Java, AWS, and AWS IoT (specifically SiteWise). This person will design and build large-scale, cloud-based IoT solutions for connected equipment, and work across multiple teams to deliver reliable, event-driven systems.

What You'll Do:
- Design and build scalable architectures and distributed systems
- Work on IoT / Connected Equipment solutions using cloud-native architecture
- Build hands-on solutions using AWS IoT Core and AWS IoT SiteWise
- Manage device connectivity, device management, and event-driven systems
- Coordinate and manage dependencies across multiple platform teams




- Troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based IoT integrations
- Guide and support the team technically as a lead

Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years of experience building scalable architectures and distributed systems
- Strong hands-on experience in Java
- Strong expertise in AWS cloud services
- Hands-on experience with AWS IoT Core and AWS IoT SiteWise
- Experience with device connectivity and device management
- Experience with event-driven architecture
- Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams
- Ability to design, build, and troubleshoot IoT solutions end-to-end
